Evaluation and analysis of the implementation of the cooperation agreement

The purpose of this project is to analyze and evaluate the content of the Agreement, its implementation, and the impacts on communities, both in relation to itself and in comparison with international experiences. This is achieved through a rigorous analysis of the contents of the agreement based on the expert knowledge and previous experience of the SMI. This project has an ad-hoc methodology for situations without a baseline, in which participatory methods are used to quantify the dimensions of implementation of the agreement through global indicators, validated in more than 20 cases abroad.
