Biography: Daisy has a General Accounting base with a higher level specialization in Business Administration with a mention in Human Capital at Manpower Chile. She currently works as an Accounting Analyst and is responsible for the People Development area in the Administration, Finance and People Development Department of SMI-ICE-Chile SpA. Her main functions are to create internal communication channels that promote the development of skills and new Knowledge to guarantee a work environment framed in the well-being process, promoting empathy as one of the most important values in the area.
