Biography: Dante is an Aymara Indian; Business Engineer (Universidad de Tarapacá), Master’s in management for Globalization (Universidad de Chile) and PhD (University of Sydney, Australia). He is also a postdoctoral researcher at the Center for Intercultural and Indigenous Studies (CIIR). With more than 10 years of experience in research and consulting with Indigenous Peoples, highlighting his participation as a co-investigator in the FONDECYT projects 1181713 and 1221330. In consulting, he has integrated various multidisciplinary teams that link the Indigenous Peoples of northern Chile with the strategic planning, sustainable development, rural habitability, transition to urbanity, among other topics. Lately he has focused his work on understanding mining regions and Indigenous Peoples.
